Lauren Anderson is a University of South Carolina senior majoring in International Business and Marketing with minors in Advertising, Public Relations, and Chinese studies.  She has participated with several service learning projects out of Stanford University, including one dealing with the deterioration of the environment in Malaysia due to ecotourism and rapid urban development, and one dealing with raising public awareness of health issues in the Philippines.  Lauren has received several awards from USC and the Moore School of Business including the “Emerging Leader” award for the past two years.

Lauren aids in all communication aspects at SCHFCA including developing publicity material, increasing public awareness of South Carolina’s marketability in hydrogen fuel cell research and production, and strengthening the SCHFCA brand.  In her spare time she serves as a supplemental instructor for a Philosophy course and is leading a Moore School of Business service leadership committee and trip this year.
